Getting the keys was a hassle—we had to wait for the management to arrange a staff member to unlock the lobby and mailbox before we could retrieve them.
In the first unit, the wardrobe was broken, and the fan wasn’t working. We informed management, and they arranged for us to switch rooms the next day. So, we had to check out, drag our luggage to another block, and check into the second unit.
The second unit had a strong sewage smell that wouldn’t go away no matter how much we flushed. The most frustrating part? The fan, TV remote, and aircon remote all had dead batteries. We had to keep switching batteries between them just to turn the aircon and fan on and off. We reached out to management (Leon), but he just left our message on read.
At this point, we were speechless and just put up with it until check-out.
The location is great, and the place itself is relatively new, but dealing with this kind of management was incredibly frustrating. Not recommended! At this price point, you can easily find a better place in the same area.
